After a two-day glut of basketball, we took a little family trip to Delcastle Recreation Area today to enjoy the fresh air. It was a bit chilly, but really nice in the sun. AJ took part in his favorite playground activities; he stood mesmerised watching other kids run around, he walked up and slid down slides, and he deposited mulch on stuff.Tomorrow we are going to continue our tour of playgrounds with a small but neat-looking neighborhood park on Limestone Road. Whenever we go somewhere, we also scope it out for his cousin, and tomorrow's destination has a climbing wall. I think a Kern-Mullins picnic at the playground is in order...
